Terms and Conditions

Proofing

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review proofs for any errors. That includes: spelling, layout, etc. Three rounds of design changes are included with the order. Additional changes will incur a fee of £25 per hour. Once final approval is given, any errors detected afterwards will be corrected at the customer's expense.

Quantities

Our minimum order quantity is thirty (30) of each item, not including table numbers, table plans, guest books, day of signs and vow books. Once you have approved your final proof, quantities ordered absolutely may not decrease. It may however be possible to increase your order quantity. You should order a minimum of 10 extra for keepsakes and any last minute guests.

Inconsistencies

Due to the nature of handmade items, each will have certain variations. Please remember that colours vary from screen to screen and on different paper types. While we do our best to colour match accurately, the colours on your printed invitation may differ slightly from your digital proofs as a result of nuances in the printing process.

Timeline

An estimated completion date will be agreed with you once a deposit is received. Ollie’s Studio will strive to work within this timeline, but it is important for the client to also cooperate in a timely manner. Ollie’s Studio will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response.

Pricing

Ollie’s Studio reserves the right to change prices without notice. Pricing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier, service and/or production costs. Quotes and estimates are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.

Design Property

All designs and concepts are property of Ollie’s Studio. All work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Ollie’s Studio. Ollie’s Studio retains all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display and marketing or for other clients, upon request.

Payment & Rush Orders

Orders may be considered rush if they are needed within a 4 week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 20% to your order total and any additional expedited shipping costs. By placing a rush order, client accepts responsibility for any errors unable to be rectified before the project deadline due to customer failure to meet deadline set by Ollie's Studio. Full payment is due upon order placement. Ollie’s Studio currently accepts payment by bank transfer and credit/debit cards.

Returns & Cancellations

If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact Ollie’s Studio right away. If your final approval has not been received and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your retainer and any materials that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on

the part of Ollie’s Studio, we will do our best to correct the problem.

Delivery

All shipping and postage costs will be assumed by the client. Ollie’s Studio is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing or invitations that are not delivered. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. You may also arrange to pick-up your order to avoid shipping charges.

Retainer & Payment

The retainer for each project is 50% of the entire order. The retainer is due at the time of your order. Design will not begin without the retainer. The retainer will be applied to the total amount due for the invitations and other products. The retainer is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon proof approval and before production begins. For orders with a turnaround time of less than 4 weeks, full payment is required upon ordering.

Term & Termination

The term of this agreement will continue for work in progress until terminated by either of us upon written notice. If you should direct us at any time to cancel, terminate or “put on hold” any previously authorised purchase, we will promptly do so, though there will be no refund of any retainer previously paid.
